IT is hereby notified that the Minister of Finance and Economic Development has, in terms of section 235 as read together with section 225 of the Customs and Excise Act [Chapter 23:02], made the following notice:-
- This notice may be cited as the Customs and Excise (Tariff)
(Amendment) Notice, 2023 (No. 2). - The First Schedule to the Customs and Excise (Tariff) Notice, 2022, published in Statutory Instrument 203 of 2022, is amended by the repeal of the following –
